Back Bright Auto provides mobile headlight restoration at your home, workplace, or another agreed location in Metro Detroit, Michigan. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting estimates by vehicle category. Your final price is tentative until we receive your request and review your vehicle's headlights and location. We confirm the final price with you by text before any work begins, and you can decline at that point at no cost.

Appointments

Booking requests made through this site are requests, not confirmed appointments. Your preferred date and arrival window are tentative until we confirm them with you by text. Requests require at least 12 hours' notice.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible by text or email.

Service location and access

You are responsible for providing a safe, legal, and accessible location for us to work on your vehicle, along with accurate vehicle and contact information.

Results and guarantee

Most headlights restore to a like-new, crystal-clear finish, but results depend on the condition of the lens. Some damage, such as deep cracks or interior moisture, cannot be fixed by restoration. If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us and we will make it right.

Payment

Payment is due when the service is completed. We will confirm accepted payment methods when we confirm your appointment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Back Bright Auto is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page with the latest date applies to new requests.
